ATC declares 10 including Tahirul Qadri as proclaimed offenders
Anti-terror court ordered Tahirul Qadri to appear before court, declared him as proclaimed offender
LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Anti-Terror Court (ATC) judge Rai Ayub Marth has on Saturday declared 10 including Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri as proclaimed offender and has allowed advertising the orders to appear before the court outside their houses, reported Dunya News.
According to the details, case against Tahirul Qadri and others was registered for making provocative speeches. Investigative officer Aftab Sabir told the ATC judge that none of the accused was appearing before the court and all of them were hiding at unknown places. He requested the judge to allow advertising the orders outside their houses, which the judge allowed.
The judge also directed the police to present detailed report on 10th of May. Chronic arrest warrants will be issued if the suspects do not appear before the court within one month.
