Admitting fresh recruitment into the terrorists outfits present in Southern Punjab, senior adviser to Punjab Government Sardar Zulfiqar Khan Khosa said the government is cognizant of the issue. Talking to media outside, Khosa said he did not want a separate province on administrative and not on lingual basis. He disclosed that unanimity was reached on the issue of Kala Bagh Dam with Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in 1990, and added that both the provinces sought some time for consultation in this regard. He maintained that he knew PPPs stance on the said dam, adding that the incumbent government would not move any motion in the NA sans consultation.
