ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Islamabad High Court ordered the Inspector General (IG) police to file an FIR against CIA station chief in the hearing of an application against drone attacks, on Tuesday.

Hearing was held in the chamber of Justice Shoukat Aziz Siddique on the request of the federal government. IG police gave the argument that the FIR can damage Pakistan’s diplomatic relations with United States (US).

The application was filed by a citizen of North Wazirastan Karim Khan, who lost his two brothers in a drone attack by US on a primary school in 2009. Foreign office of Pakistan is also a party in the case.

Justice Siddique asked the IG to file the case against Station Chief of CIA and present the report in court.
