SC dismisses plea to terminate political cell in ISI
The court dismissed the plea on the basis of not prosecuting the case.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Supreme Court (SC) dismissed the petition to eliminate political cell in Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) today (Friday), Dunya News reported.
According to details, three member bench headed by Justice Saqib Nisar heard the case.
The petition filed in SC by the Al-Jihad Trust stated that ISI has formed a political cell in the organization which is against the law therefore the cell should be terminated.
The court dismissed the plea on the basis of not prosecuting the case.
