Summary Sabzwari said MQM did not receive positive response from PM over request to meet
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Faisal Sabzwari said on Wednesday that the purpose of barriers placed in front of Nine-Zero is to keep the suicide bombers at bay, Dunya News reported.
Talking to the media, Faisal Sabzwari said that MQM had requested Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, on his tour to Karachi, to make time for MQM but had not received a positive reply.
He said that MQM is a peace loving party and is being subjected to an unfair media trial .
MQM’s MPA Syed Sardar Ahmed told the media on the occasion that MQM’s arrested workers have a right to a fair trial and it is their constitutional right.
