Lahore High Court has declared another PML-N MNA Javed Hasnain ineligible for having fake academic degree on Thursday.Javeds rival Mehar Akram filed a petition in the court contending that the formers degree was fake taken from a seminary. Javed was elected from NA-68 Sargodha.Justice Ijaz Chaudhry of Lahore High Court rejected the degree of the said MNA and announced him as ineligible for the post. Besides, the court orders to conduct reelection for the slot fell vacant in wake of the ruling.
