BALOCHISTAN (Dunya News) – Torrential rains for last two days have claimed life of a 5-year-old girl while inundated the houses, collapsing the roofs and injuring dozens of people in different areas including Naseerabad. The Pakistan Army has started its rescue operation.

According to the details, a 5-year-old girl in Naseerabad was electrocuted as a live wire fell due to the interminable rain. While roofs of several houses in the area collapsed resultantly, injuring dozens of people. The injured people have been shifted to hospitals. Several highways in Harnai, Bolan and Sibbi have been flooded. Harnai has been disconnected from adjoining areas.

The provincial government has asked the Pakistan Army to help the people on emergency basis. The army has started rescue operation in several areas of the province.
