Summary 6 high value targets arrested in raid, DG Rangers has sent the initial report to Interior Ministry
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – The initial report of the raid on Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) head office by Rangers has on Thursday been sent to the Interior Ministry by Director General (DG) Rangers Major General Rizwan Akhtar, Dunya News reported.
According to the report, six highly wanted suspects were arrested from the MQM headquarters. It says that those arrested are still being interrogated. The total number of suspected target-killers arrested in the raid is 20. The suspects said they belonged to MQM.
Report claims that the weapons found at Nine-Zero included 31000 bullets, SMG, modern wireless system and large number of bullet-proof jackets. Dunya News sources told that 3 of the arrested were released after interrogation. Those released were not found involved in any crime. Their names were Pervez, Azeem and Khurram.
