Muslim League-N leader Nawaz Sharif has said that nations and not government fight against the menace of terrorism and stressed for action against terrorists, adding that the country is passing through a difficult phase. Talking to media after expressing condolence of the father of Dr Saeed Elahi here, Nawaz pledged to thwart the evil designs of terrorists. The government and the people have to join hands to fight against terrorism, he added. The PML-N leader regretted over recent attacks on the worship places of Qadianis and said Qadianis are our brothers and sisters. He urged the chief minister of Punjab to accord foremost priority to elimination of terrorism from the province.
