Former Special Prosecutor General of NAB Mirza Shahid Akbar said that Babar Awans statement in the Supreme Court that there are no cases against President Zardari in Swiss courts was deceptive. Shahid Akbar said that there was a case against President Zardari in Swiss court, on which, he made an appeal. Talking in Dunya TV programme Dunya Today, Shahid Akbar said that evidences of Swiss courts proceedings were presented in the Supreme Court. He said that NAB has details of Swiss accounts, according to which President Zardari has $60 million in accounts of different offshore companies. On issue of a letter written by former Attorney General Chauhdry Farooq which Babar Awan declared as unconstitutional, Mirza Shahid said that Nawaz Sharif should come forward because he was the prime minister at that time and the letter was written on his directive.
