ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Police have released sketch of the suicide bomber who attacked Qasr-e-Saqina Imambargah in Islamabad on Feb 18, Dunya News reported on Monday.
Face of the terrorist was mutilated when his suicide vest partially exploded.
Surgeon Dr Hamid-ul-Salam conducted facial reconstructive surgery of the suicide attacker after which security agencies prepared his sketch.
The sketch has been forwarded to National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) for identification.
NADRA officials have told that resolution of a picture for identification should be at least 600 pixels.
Three people were killed and nine others injured when the terrorist tried to storm Qasr-e-Saqina Imambargah at 6:47pm last Wednesday.

The attack took place less than a week after 22 people were killed in a gun and bomb attack on a Shia mosque packed with worshipers in the northeastern Pakistani city of Peshawar. More than 60 people were also wounded during the attack, for which the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) claimed responsibility.
Also on January 30, another explosion hit Karbala-e-Moalla Imambargah in Shikarpur District of Sindh, killing 61 people during Friday prayers.
