Diplomatic passport for family's of Assembly members, resolution approved
The resolution to issue diplomatic passports was presented in the Assembly.
KARACHI (Dunya news) – A resolution was approved on Monday during Sindh Assembly’s meeting to issue diplomatic passports to the family’s of Assembly members. Resolutions to delegate receiving of gas development infrastructure SIES tax to province was also approved during the meeting. The resolution was presented by Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) member Khairunnisa Mughal. During the hours reserved for questioning, an argument erupted between Provincial Minister Murad Ali Shah and Nusrat Seher Abbassi upon not getting answers from the relevant Minister
According to the details, the meeting of the Assembly started with a 50 minute delay. It was presided by Agha Siraj Durani. The resolution to issue diplomatic passports was presented in the Assembly. The resolution states that Assembly member’s wife and children should also be issued diplomatic passports along with them.
Pakistan Muslim League Functional’s (PML-F) Anand Kumar presented a call for attention notice during the meeting against inability to implement minority quota in government jobs.
Minitser for Education Nisar Khoru presented a further amendment in the Assembly for Sindh Local Amendment Bill 2013. The amendment will be discussed further on Friday in the Assembly.
