A delegation of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) met President Asif Ali Zardari at Bilawal House in Karachi on Tuesday and discussed matters relating to development in the province and implementations of decisions of the Core Committee. Sindh Governor Dr. Ishrat-ul- Ebad Khan, Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah and Interior Minister Rehman Malik were also present on the occasion.MQM delegation included federal ministers Dr. Farooq Sattar and Babar Khan Ghauri, provincial ministers Raza Haroon, Adil Siddiqui, Waseem Aftab, while Senior Minister Pir Mazhar- ul- Haq, LG Minister Agha Siraj Durrani, Katchi Abadis Minister Rafiq Engineer, Irrigation Minister Murad Ali Shah, Information Advisor Jamil Soomro and president PPP Karachi Division Najmi Alam also attended the meeting. Talking to media after the meeting, Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistani Dr. Farooq Sattar said that both the sides have resolved to continue to work together for strengthening the democracy and for countrys stability. We have also decided to further improve coordination to resolve the problems facing people including load shedding, price hike, unemployment and poverty. He said that it was decided that MQM will be a part of all decision making. PPPs Pir Mazharul Haq said, Both parties have same point of view in most of the issues and others will be resolved through talks.
