KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Tuesday said that it should be decided today whether Taliban should be referred to as Taliban or Zaliman, literally oppressors, adding that those who attack children and prayer houses are not Muslim, Dunya News reported.
Addressing clerics of various schools of thought in Karachi, MQM chief said that there shouldn’t be a fatwa against anyone at the time when the Muslim Ummah faces divisions. He said no one is prepared to call Taliban terrorists, adding that the oppressors should be recognized.
Altaf Hussain said Chief Minister Sindh still hasn’t visited the Timber market blaze site. He urged it should be investigated whether Timber Market fire was an accident or foul-play.
