Muzaffargarh: Police kill four terrorists in encounter
Terrorists were going to target mourning procession of Karbala martyrs.
MUZAFFARGARH (Dunya News) – Police on Saturday foiled an attempt of terrorism on the occasion of Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (R.A) in Muzaffargarh by killing four terrorists in an encounter whereas huge cache of arms have also been recovered.
As per details, police conducted a raid at a house in Muhammad Mosa Village where terrorists opened fire at the police, retailing to which, four criminals died while two police officers got injured. However, the four accomplices of terrorists managed to flee.
The injured police officers have been shifted to the nearby hospital.
Police have also recovered rocket launcher, suicide vest and huge cache of arms from their possession.
According to police sources, terrorists were going to target mourning procession of Karbala martyrs.
