The Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations across Punjab and Khyber-Pakhtoonkhwa provinces would remain close on every Tuesday.According to details, all CNG stations will suspend sale of gas on Tuesday as per plan aimed at saving gas consumption to improve gas supply to power stations. The CNG association has agreed with the decision however in return have demanded guarantee from the government to keep the price of CNG at current levels. All Pakistan CNG assoistaion chairman Gyas Paracha addressing the media in Peshawar has said that SNGPL should not file application to increase CNG prices, otherwise they would not comply with the decision.
