Summary Jalil asked who is responsible behind pro-ISIS wall chalking if there's no ISIS presence in Pakistan
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Wasay Jalil on Sunday termed Jamaat Islami part of Al-Qaeda and ISIS ‘nexus’, saying that the threat of ISIS in Pakistan is real, Dunya News reported.
Addressing the media, Jalil asked who is responsible behind pro-ISIS wall chalking in Pakistan if there’s no ISIS presence in Pakistan.
Heavily criticizing Jamaat Islami’s former chief Syed Munawar Hassan’s statement – in which he said democracy is of no use without promotion of “murder for the sake of God” – and said that a ‘crazy party’ has come into existence in Pakistan.
He said two of those killed in US drone strike in North Waziristan previously were of Jamaat Islami.
