Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry has said that collision between the institutions could result in immense loss for the country. The Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) has termed to end corruption from the society as a national agenda.Addressing National Judicial Conference CJP said that justice should be provided to the masses without discrimination. The declaration stated that judiciary is a third pillar of the state and it is bound to perform its duty in accordance with the constitution of the country. Chief Justice said that eradication of corruption from the society is necessary and all the resources should be employed for the dissemination of justice.For speedy provision of justice establishment of modern E-Courts is sine qua non and judicial system should be made public friendly, he added. Third national judicial conference said that every pillar of the state, within its limits, should work for the betterment of people and perform its duties by creating solidarity among other pillars of the state.
