Balochistan lawyers boycott courts after police assaults session judge
Three police officers tortured session judge after an exchange of verbal blows.
QUETTA (Dunya News) – Balochistan Bar Association boycotted the court proceedings today to protest against police assault on Additional Session Judge Loralai Arbab Riaz at Science College Prince Road Square in Quetta the previous day.
According to the details, after an exchange of verbal blows three police officers started battering Arbab Riaz and got him injured. Balochistan Bar
Association has therefore announced to boycott court proceedings not only in Quetta but across the province.
No lawyer appeared before high court, session or district courts and no case proceedings took place.
