Summary Akram Sheikh was unable to prepare for the case in the wake of his wife's demise.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Registrar of Special courts, Abdul Ghani Somro adjourned the case hearing of Musharaff treason case till October 29 today on the request of prosecutor Akram Sheikh without any proceedings, Dunya News reported.
Akram Sheikh maintained that he was unable to prepare for the case in the wake of his wife’s demise and he needs more time to prepare his arguments.
The court was to hear the petition for bringing people involved in Musharraf treason case under interrogation.
On March 31, 2014 Musharaff was charged with high treason for implementing emergency rule and suspending the constitution in 2007.
