ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar on Tuesday directed the authorities to remove all the container blockades from Islamabad except the ones installed at the Constitution Avenue, Dunya News reported.
According to the details, Interior Minister issued the directive in order to facilitate the general public in Islamabad. The Minister also directed the Inspector General (IG) Islamabad to take steps in order to improve the flow of traffic and to repair all the traffic signals.
It’s worth mentioning here that Islamabad High Court and Rawalpindi bench of Lahore High Court have already issued orders to remove containers in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
