MULTAN (Dunya News) – District administration, on the directives of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, has started distribution of Rs25,000 each as the first installment of the compensation among flood affectees in Multan.
For this purpose, two centres have been established in Tehsil Saddar, two in Tehsil City, two in Tehsil Shujabad and two centres have been formed in Tehsil Jalalpur.
Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said the first installment of financial assistance to flood affected people is being made speedily in a transparent manner.
He said the resources of the nation are being spent on rehabilitation of the affectees in a transparent manner.
