Punjab College in Faisalabad has announced the scholarship results for successful candidates.

FAISLABAD (Dunya News) – Punjab Group of Colleges in Faisalabad has announced the scholarship results of selected students on Monday, Dunya News reported.

Different campuses of Punjab Group of Colleges in Faislabad have announced the names of successful candidates for scholarships. The list of successful candidates for scholarship has been announced at all three campuses of Punjab Group of Colleges. Those selected in the first round of scholarship expressed their gratitude while the students who had applied for scholarship in intermediate were also present at the campuses. For a successful career, everybody claims admission in Punjab College as a first step.
Many help desks were set up in the campus to guide students where parents and students constantly sought instructions on filling and submitting application forms. Punjab College administration also expressed their gratefulness over the scholarship result of the selected candidates.

Punjab Group of Colleges has pledged to continue with its quality education system to pave the path for a better career for their students.

The Punjab Group of Colleges also known as The Punjab Group is an association of universities, colleges and organisations in Pakistan. PGC established as The Islamic Commerce Educational Society (ICES), registered in 1985 by Mian Amer Mahmood, which established its first faculty, the Punjab College of Commerce & Punjab College of Science, in Muslim Town on Canal Bank in Lahore, followed a few years later by the Punjab Law College. the Punjab Group has also branched out into the cities of Punjab.

The group established another network in cities of the Punjab by the name of Punjab College of Information Technology (PCIT), the first having been established in Lahore in 2000 and the latest at Sialkot in 2005. Mohammad Ali Jinnah University in Sindh and the University of Central Punjab are chartered universities of the Group. Punjab College of Business Administration (PCBA) was established in 1991 and Punjab Institute of Computer Science (PICS), in 1993 are the colleges of University of Central Punjab.

Punjab Group of colleges had introduced a scholarship scheme for many students who want to get admission in Punjab College but cannot bear the fee. Students with more than 80 percent marks in Matriculation were announced to be given free education and scholarships for F.Sc Pre Engineering and F.Sc Pre Medical admission. Students obtaining 75 percent marks in matriculation could also apply for free education and scholarships for admission in I.C.S, I.COM, FA, FA General Science.

Punjab College had also announced the scholarships and prizes of 15 million rupees for position holder students of federal and all boards of intermediate and secondary education of Punjab.
