Summary "14 August will bring good news for the nation and bad news for the rulers" - PML (Q) Leader

LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League (Q) leader Chaudhry Pervez Elahi said that union between Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chief Dr. Tahir ul Qadri cannot be ruled out. He said that the people who are spreading such rumours are doing baseless propaganda.

Examining the relief camp for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) at Muslim League House, Lahore, today (Sunday) Chaudhry Pervez Elahi said that PML (Q) will not leave IDPs alone in this hour of need. Former Chief Minister Punjab said that 14 August will bring good news for the nation but will be a bad day for the government. He said that long march will not end unless the government is removed.

Ex CM Punjab said that relief goods from all parts of the country will be collected in Islamabad and PML (Q) leader Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain will then dispatch all the relief goods for the IDPs.

“If the decision to call Army for civil authority’s help in Islamabad had been taken at the time of launching Operation Zarb-e-Azb then why did the government not make any arrangements for the IDPs”, questioned PML-Q leader. He mourned the conditions of IDPs. “IDPs are still living in terrible conditions”, said Pervez Elahi.

“Ruling out alliance between Imran Khan and Tahir ul Qadri are mere propaganda”, said former Chief Minister Punjab. “Our efforts to bring both the leaders together will be fruitful”, added Pervez Elahi.
