Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Chaudhry has instructed Prime Minister (PM) Yousaf Raza Gilani to take decision in two days for the appointment of Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Azad Kashmir.A three member bench headed by Chief Justice (CJ) Iftikhar Chaudhry reviewed the case related to the appointment of Justice Chaudhry Riaz Akhtar to the apex court as the Chief Justice of Supreme Court Azad Kashmir.The lawyer of Justice Manzoor Hussain Gilani informed the court that his client gave an application to the PM during 2006 against the appointment of a junior judge to the apex court which is still in pending. After proceedings Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry said that PM should take decision in two days otherwise the case would be decided in the court.
