Criticizing the Pakistan Tehreek-e Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri, Hamza said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif would lead the real march for the progress and prosperity of Pakistan.

The PML-N leader appealed to the nation to come forward for the help of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) from North Waziristan Agency.

Educational institutes from all over the province presented cheques worth 90 million rupees for North Waziristan IDPs.

Earlier, Former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has revealed that PPP held several talks with establishment over Musharraf case.

Addressing a press conference, Gilani said he, along with the then president Zardari held talks with establishment, adding that it wasn’t possible to take resignation from Musharraf without the consent of establishment. He confirmed that PML-N was also involved in the dialogue process.

Ex-PM said PML-N shouldn’t have lodged case against Musharraf, adding that it was decided that Musharraf will not be impeached if he resigns himself.

On the other hand, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervaiz Rasheed said on Friday that if former Prime Minister, Yousaf Raza Gilani had an agreement with establishment, Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) had never been a part of it, Dunya News reported.

Talking exclusively to Dunya News, he said that the responsibility of decision on former President Pervez Musharraf’s treason case is on the court, adding that the judiciary is free. He said the complainant in Musharraf case is the state of Pakistan and not the government.

Information Minister said that it is up to the judiciary to decide if the steps taken on November 3 by Musharraf constitute a violation of Article 6 of the constitution.

He said that if everyone is equal before law then every citizen is answerable before the court of law, adding that it would be up to the court to decide whether that citizen is innocent or not.
