Summary Police destroyed 6 safe heavens in two-day operation against Zanglani Gang in Dera Ghazi Khan.
DG KHAN (Dunya News) - Police operation against a dangerous Zanglani Gang continued for the second consecutive day, killing one absconder and destroying 6 safe heavens.
Three officials also sustained injuries during the encounter. Police force from Multan, Mozaffargarh, Rajanpur. Layyah, Kot Addu, Taunsa Sharif and Dera Ghazi Khan participated in the encounter that took place in Taman Khosa.
Surveillance through helicopters also continued but notorious absconder Ghulam Hussain and his over a dozen accomplices are still at large.
According to the police, the accused have established trenches on the mountains and are equipped with modern weapons.
The police made a claim of injuring Ghulam Hussain during the operation, he was still at large till the filing of this report.
