QUETTA (Dunya News) - Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan killed ten miscreants during operation in Kandyari area that jointly borders Balochistan, Sindh and Punjab.
According to Spokesman Frontier Corps Balochistan, personnel from FC Bhambor Rifle participated in the search operation that was launched on a tipoff.
At least tem miscreants were killed during exchange of heavy firing while the FC officials also destroyed three hideouts of the militants.
The FC officials also recovered heavy weapons, explosives, IEDs, landmines and hand grenades from the hideouts of the miscreants and destroyed them. The miscreants killed during the operation were reportedly the activists of different banned outfits.
According to IG Frontier Corps (FC) Major General Ijaz Shahid, targeted operation against miscreants is underway on the direction of the provincial government to restore law and order in the province. He vowed that operation against the miscreants will continue till its logical end.
