The Anti-Terrorist Court in Sargodha rejected the bail plea of the five US nationals, who were nabbed on the allegations of having links with banned militant outfits, Dunya News reported on Wednesday.During the hearing, the public prosecutor told the court that the terror suspects were alleged of planning terrorist activities in Afghanistan and Pakistan, adding that the sentence of which was life. They also noted that they were also alleged of insurgency against Pakistan and its allies under the Foreign Act.In a short ruling, the court dismissed the bail plea.
