Summary
The local body amendment bill 2010 has been presented in the Sindh Assembly.It is asked in the bill to hold local body elections in the province within 120 days. Minister for Local Bodies Agha Siraj Durrani will move the bill in the Sindh Assembly. Under the bill, local body administrators would be non-political and bureaucrats however, elections would be held on party basis.
