The eligibility of PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif has been challenged in Lahore High Court (LHC).LHC bench consisting of Justice Chaudhry Iftikhar, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Nasir Saeed Sheikh would review the petition. The petitioner Shaid Orakzai maintained that Nawaz Sharif was convicted in attacking on the Supreme Court however he did not mention this during the hearing. The petition also maintained that Nawaz Sharif also does not fulfill the prerequisite condition of being loyal and honest.The application states that Nawaz Sharif submitted false statement on record thus he should be declared ineligible for NA-123.
