Chief Justice Lahore High Court on Thursday has formed a full bench under the head of Justice Saqib Nisar to hear the plea seeking annulment of the bar on becoming prime minister for the third time.LHC Chief Justice Khawaja Sharif has set up the full bench on the request of Justice Asif Saeed Khosa.The bench consisted Justice Saqib Nisar, Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, Justice Ijaz Chaudhry, Justice Azmat Saeed and Justice Umar Ata Bandial.The bench would start hearing in this connection from February 15. The petitioner argued in the plea that the bar on becoming prime minister for the third time was against the basic human rights and as such it should be revoked.
