Summary PM's Advisor on Foreign Affairs stresses the issue should be resolved as per wishes of Kashmiris.
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - Advisor to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz has said Kashmir is a core issue between Pakistan and India and it should be resolved as per the aspirations of the people of Kashmir.
Aziz urged the world powers to come forward and play their role in resolving the lingering issue of Kashmir.
Sartaj Aziz said the government is taking all possible steps to promote peace in the region as improvements of economic conditions are linked with it.
He said Pakistan wants good relations with its neighboring countries to boost economy of the country.
Pakistan wants to increase trade with United States and taking several steps to improve the economy of the country and is also engaged in making the relations with US further better, he said.
The foreign policy of PML-N government would show positive results in future, the advisor added.
