The Election Commission has deferred the case challenging President Zardaris eligibility till February 18.Chief Election Commissioner said that he would review whether the petition was worth hearing.In the application, the petitioner argued that NRO was intact during the 2008 presidential polls ,adding that now Presidents eligibility could be challenged as NRO has been revoked.The CEC said that he would issue notices to concerned people only after figuring out whether the case is worth hearing or not.Petitioner Maulvi Iqbal Haider said that Article 248 was not imposed on Zardari when he contested the polls.
