Federal Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira said that constitution was the biggest obstacle for opening case against the president, so the case cannot be opened against him. He said that the government will not clash with army and judiciary and all attempts in this regard would be foiled. Addressing a ceremony in Rawalpindi, he said that acting upon the decision of the Supreme Court, 8,032 cases out of total 8,034 cases have been opened. He said that federal minister were appearing in courts while the president and the governor have constitutional immunity and cases against them could not be opened. He said that PPP will not go against judiciary.
