The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Rabita Committee (RC) has accused Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) of trying take over Karachi. PPP is conspiring to shed blood in Karachi. RC said that the non parliamentary language against Mustafa Kamal is an insult to MQM. MQM party leader Anis Kaimkhani was addressing the media from Muttahida Head quarter 90. He said that some people believe on the policy of offense instead of reconciliation. Anis accused Siraj Durrani and Zulfikar Mirza of using non parliamentary language against MQM members. Anis also said that Aga Siraj Durrani claimed that the next Nazim of Karachi would be from PPP and thus PPP is shedding blood in to occupy Karachi. He also recommended that Aga Siraj Durrani to consult a doctor to check his mental state of mind.Anis said that Zulfikar Mirza is just playing tricks to make fool of the people. He informed that workers of Rehman Dacoat have been appointed into the Police, PPP is plotting to bath Karachi with blood. Anis demanded that the honest Police officers should take note of the ongoing killings in Karachi.MQM RC also warned that if an elected leader is harmed only Zulifkar Mirza would be responsible.Altaf should restrict MQM leaders from issuing irrational comments, says GaboolSpeaking to Dunya News PPP senior leader Nabeel Gabool said that Altaf Hussain should restrict the members of MQM from issuing allegations against PPP.Nabeel Gabool said that failing of coalition would not be helpful for MQM, instead it is better to restrict those who are plotting against the political reconciliation. He said that Karachi is not only for MQM and PPP also have right over Karachi.Gabool also said that if free and fair elections were held under the army, the outcome of the election would be different. He said that during the past PPP had secured seats in Karachi and our next target is the local body election. Gabool expressed his desire of PPP Nazim in Karachi and hoped for free and fair local government elections. MQM is suffering from concerns that the government would use its influence and support leader of their own will.Political unrest is dangerous for Karachi, says NajamSenior analyst Najam Sethi said that on one side stress is prevailing in Sindh government and on the other side tensions are also creeping in between Karachi government and ANP. He said that Zardari needs MQM support.Sethi said that stress is a routine matter on local front however the way in which PPP and MQM leaders today expressed their anger against each other is dangerous. He also said that MQM is not a party of national level and MQM is interested in continuing its rule on Karachi, and if the army would be called in then situation could be dangerous.
