PML-N Chief Nawaz Sharif has decided not to contest by-polls from the constituency NA-123, Dunya News reported today.The PML-N supremo said that the party loyalists would be given a chance to contest polls to acknowledge their efforts and sacrifices for the party.Presiding over a gathering regarding by-polls in NA-123 at CM House, Nawaz termed the party workers as an asset for the party, and added that there sacrifices would not go in vain. He expressed his resolve to get a pro-public person elected from the said seat. Nawaz was told the names of workers such as Malik Pervez, Khawaja Ahmed Hasan, Bao Akhtar, Muhammad Hussain Kamboh and Shaukat Kashmiri for candidature. Plan still under consideration: Sen Pervez RashidSenator Pervez Rasheed has said that Nawaz Sharif has not taken the decision yet, however, he added that their party chief was considering to withdraw his nomination papers just to give other party workers a chance to sit in the parliament.
