KARACHI (Web Desk) - Majlis Wahdatul Muslimeen (MWM) leader Mirza Yousuf remained unhurt while his personal guard and a policeman were killed when unidentified armed men opened fire at his vehicle in an apparent sectarian attack in Karachi’s Gulistan-e-Jauhar on Saturday night.
According to police, Mirza Yousuf remained unhurt in the attack. However, one of his personal guards and a policeman were killed and an aide of Yousuf sustained wounds.
Unidentified attackers managed to flee away from the site after police personnel, deployed for the MWM leader’s security, responded with retaliatory gunfire.
