Summary Following the PPP's offer, the ANP called a party session at Mardan House for consultation.

KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has contacted Awami National Party (ANP) for an alliance during forthcoming local bodies elections in Sindh.

Sindh chief minister Qaim Ali Shah made an offer to ANP’s Sindh president senator Shahi Syed to form alliance during the LG elections over telephone.

Following the PPP’s offer, the ANP called a party session at Mardan House for consultation today.

According to sources, a delegation of PPP will also make a visit to Mardan House to meet ANP leaders.
