Petition on review of NRO verdict filed

Federal government, Chairman NAB and Additional Prosecutor General has filed a petition in Supreme Court pleading for review of the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO). Advocate Raja Abdul Ghafoor filed the government review petition. Earlier, Barrister Kamal Asfar was presented in the court on behalf of federal government. Chairman Nab Naveed ul Hassan and Additional Prosecutor General Abdul Baseer Qureshi has also filed a petition for the review of NRO in Supreme Court. The plea urged on review of verdict on cases opened by NRO and Swiss accounts.
