GUJRAT (Online) - A newly-wed woman was shot dead while her husband received injuries as unidentified gunmen opened fire on them here on Thursday.
According to Sadar Kharyan police, the gunmen entered into a house, situated in Mandher village, and opened fire on newly-wed Tasleem. She was killed on the spot while her husband, Rizwan, received injuries.
The police said that the couple got married just five days ago.
The incident might be a result of personal enmity, the police added.
