Pakistan and the USA are fighting a joint war against terrorism. Screening methods are the reason of anxiety among the masses. Assistant Secretary of State Richard Holbrooke said that the law for screening Pakistani citizens at American Airports would be reviewed.The meeting held at Governor House Lahore, between President Asif Ali Zardari and Richard Holbrooke discussed various issues including drone attacks, screening of Pakistani citizens at US Airports and the ongoing war against terrorism, the President conveyed that Pakistan is facing difficulties in the ongoing war against terror. USA should immediately release the funds that it pledged for the war on terror. The president also demanded the transfer of drone technology to Pakistan. After the meeting speaking to the media representative Holbrooke announced that we are transferring funds of worth 349 million dollars to the Coalition Support Fund, while 104 million dollars would be transferred on fast track basis.
