Ghinwa Bhutto stages sit-in against land grabbing

The PPP-SB chairperson says telephone operator of DIG office has grabbed Murtaza Bhuttos land.

NAUDERO (Dunya News) – Pakistan People’s Party (Shaheed Bhutto) chairperson Ghinwa Bhutto staged a sit-in outside Naudero police station against the grabbing of land that belongs to her husband late Mir Murtaza Bhutto.

Talking to newsmen, Ghinwa Bhutto said that telephone operator of DIG office namely Saadulllah Narejo had grabbed six acres of land in the Bhutto Estate. She said that Mir Murtaza Bhutto inherited this land.

Ghinwa said that no action had been taken against the accused despite submission of complaints to the higher authorities.

She said if the land was not vacated, the government and patron of the accused would be responsible.

A large number of party workers also participated in the sit-in.
