Summary
The Accountability Court has adjourned the hearing of a NAB reference against Rehman Malik, who filed applications in the court seeking exemption from in person presence in the court. During the beginning of the hearing, Malik appealed to the court for exemption from in person appearance in the court terming security risk as major reason.On this, the Judge said that no decision could be taken in this regard, however, added that an application could be submitted till the record of NAB references came from the High Court.
