KARACHI (Dunya News) - Police and Rangers conducting their separate operations in different parts of the city has taken several suspects including foreign activists of banned outfits into custody on Sunday.

Rangers conducted raid in Pathan Colony near Banaras Bridge on a tip-off relating to the presence of criminals. All the entry and exit points were sealed while house-to-house search operation was conducted. Several suspects were rounded up that included foreign members of banned outfits. Meanwhile, 25 different type of weapons were seized during the operation.

Rangers conducted operation in Nagina Square of North Nazimabad and arrested two suspects. The arrested suspects belonged to a political party. Three kilashinkovs were also confiscated during raid on a flat.

Furthermore, two alleged dacoits were arrested during police encounters in Shareefabad and Sikander Jamali Goth.
