ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - The Supreme Court of Pakistan today (Wednesday) declared land sale agreement between Defence Housing Authority (DHA) and Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) as null and void.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the case.
During case proceedings, the apex court directed Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to complete investigation into the case and submit the report in Registrar Office.
The bench also directed to launch criminal proceedings against Evacuee Trust Property Board’s ex- chairman Asif Hashmi and appoint new chairman of the organisation.
