Summary Counsel for the acquitted client has requested police to provide security to Rana Faqeer Hussain.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) Anti Terrorism Court has acquitted the accused Rana Faqeer Hussain who had been arrested in 2005 under the allegation of attack on former military general Pervez Musharraf near Jhanda Chechi on December 25, 2003.
Anti Terrorism Court judge Chaudhry Habibul Rehman resumed hearing of petition filed for innocence of the accused from murder charges.
The court while accepting petition has ordered to release of the accused Rana FaqeerHussain.
On the other hand, Rana Faqeer Hussain has refused to come out of jail while keeping in view security risk.
His client has requested the police to provide proper security to his client.
