Summary Heavy contingents of police have been deployed around the jail after the threats of attack.
LAHORE (Web Desk) - The security around Kot Lakhpat Jail has been beefed up following threats of armed assault by terrorists.
According to the jail sources, heavy contingents of commandoes and police have been deployed overnight around the jail after the terrorists threatened to attack on the jail. All the paths leading to the jail, have also been blocked with pickets.
Meantime, police launched search operation in the areas surrounding the jail; however, nobody was arrested in the sting action.
