Summary Advocate Sardar Khosa requested to the court to declare non-party elections null and void.

LAHORE (Dunya News) Pakistan People’s Party has challenged Local Bodies’ non party elections in Punjab in the Lahore High Court.

PPP’s counsel Sardar Latif Khosa moved a petition in the high court in which he took the stance that PML-N is preparing for holding non-party elections in Punjab.

The petitioner argued that such elections are diametrically opposite to the true spirit of the law and constitution of the land.

He added that such steps would endorse corruption in the society and issues faced by common man would remain unresolved forever.

Sardar Khosa prayed to the court to declare non-party elections null and void.
