Terror attacks: Lawyers go on strike in KP courts
Miscreants and hidden elements have started targeting lawyers community without any justification.
KOHAT (Dunya News) Lawyer community has boycotted all court proceedings of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Peshawar High Court as a protest against miscreants’ attack on Kohat lower courts.
Due to strike, routine matter became stagnant and paralyzed, causing tremendous problems for clients and related person.
Lawyers were of the view that their companions were being targeted in order to harass them to avoid of standing by downtrodden, wretched and neglected sections of the society.
They also demanded of the high authorities to arrange special measures for their security on priority basis; otherwise they would expand the phase of strike across the country.
